today was a very impressive day for me.
After the break of two hours technique class we went back to the theme “earth”
I asked the student what “earth” for them signify…
For some of them earth means family or partner or to be alive.
There was a girl who said that she doesn’t know what earth can be for her, because they lost it 40 years ago. She said that she doesn’t have any earth. She doesn’t know what it means…
Inspired by this sensation of this girl, I told that there is something that nobody can take you away. There’s you. And the rest of the workshop was spent with a sort of dance meditation. The aim of the exercise was to get in contact with yourself and just to try to be.
There were a lot of emotions. Very different kind of emotions and stories they experienced with themselves and the group. And on this point I want to thank them for their faith in me to share this intimacy together.
